I like to cook.
It’s my sacred time. I turn into Adele and belt songs out while eating raw cookie dough and drinking Cabernet.
I’m fancy like that.
Cooking for over 50 people; now that’s a different story. Instead of sweet Adele, I turn into a banshee, and we all know what that sounds like. This weekend was my graduation party, and some serious cooking went down.
My intentions for attending any party is first and foremost the food. It’s the highlight of the party for me, so if your slackin, I’m packin’.
If you want your guests to stick around, it’s really important you have some solid recipes to satisfy them.
I put together a list of some of the dishes I made that were a hit at my party. Try these favorites for a Summer fiesta or just as every day eats:
Pico De Gallo Guacamole served with nachos/veggies
Greek Seven Layer Dip served with pita chips/veggies
Restaurant Style Salsa served with nachos/veggies
Lemon Rosemary Chicken Skewers
P.S. Thanks to all of you who signed the Bee’s Petition! And if you haven’t well, there’s still plenty of time to save the bees!
